My involvement with the Ultraman family has formed some of the most meaningful relationships and memories in my life. Ever since my last Ultraman event in 2011, I have looked forward to returning to the Big Island and those 3 challenging and wonderful days. Building a business for the past 3 years has made dedicated Ultraman training unrealistic, but I purposefully chose a variety of single sport ultra-endurance events to maintain my connection with big challenges and improve aspects of my Ultraman skills (and to stay in touch with the ohana, of course!). Happily, I now have the life stability to train consistently in all 3 sports, and have been doing so since October 2014 with the express goal of the 2015 Ultraman World Championships. I am very excited at the prospect of testing myself once again at this incredible event!
