Entering UM because: Ultra distance sports offer challenges, scenery and camaraderie that you cannot find in shorter distance events. I’m particulary fond of Ultraman World Championships for its beautiful, ever-changing scenery as the course progresses, the fact that we don’t do loops, but have a destination in mind, and most of all, the sense of family,”ohana”, that develops over the course of 3 days. This family grows to include the race volunteers, support crew as well as the other competitors. How can you beat that?
